Patient presented with prominent asymmetry of the gingival tissue on maxillary cuspids and laterals. The rotation and flaring of #6 and #11, created the illusion of a sunken buccal corridor. The patient’s centrals presented ideal anatomy, natural shape and were functionally sound.
