A few tips for success:
- Make certain you click on the submit button when completed with prescription.
- You will receive an email notification confirming your Rx was successfully transmitted
- Avoid characters such as parentheses and symbols as this will slow receipt of Rx.
- If you are registered client with only one practice location, there is no need to repeat address information in each form.

- Photo Upload and Review – Load your patient photos to a secure and centralized web site for later access and ideal communication with our ceramic team. This feature allows up to 6 photos at one time. Depending on file size and the speed of your processor, this may take a few minutes. If you receive an error due to extra large file size, try uploading 3 photo at a time as opposed to 6.
- Pre-scheduling – For your anterior and full mouth cases, pre-schedule your large aesthetic cases to ensure your desired arrival time. All delivery dates are based on when Gold Dust receives the information. Be certain you are indicating a date based on 2 day ship time, packaging the case and submitting information. They system will assign your due date based on your ceramist team’s scheduled workload.
- Case Tracking – All out of state cases utilizing FedEx, track the delivery of your cases with real time online delivery information.
