Composites

Gold Dust utilizes the following pressed composite systems for onlays and inlays.

  • Concept HP

Concept HP is a reinforced microfill resin that is heat and pressure cured using the new HiPT (High Pressure and Temperature) curing unit. This ensures a more dense material for a higher level of strength and long-term durability in posterior applications for your patients. Additionally, Concept HP features a new foundation material to increase bond strength and enhance radiopacity.

  • belleGlass &  belleGlass w/Connect

The “next generation” of indirect composites, belleGlass NG, incorporates advanced nano-particle and submicron filler technology, setting new industry standards for polish, shine and wear. Light, heat and pressure produce the highest degree of material conversion (98.5%), giving belleGlass superior strength and wear characteristics. The opaceous dentin’s high filler content exceeds 87%, providing exceptional strengths and shrinkage of less that 0.94%, which means better margin integrity and less chance of microleakage.

The opalescent appearance more closely characterizes natural enamel like no other composite based material. belleGlass restorations provide less wear to opposing dentition than porcelain because they are not as hard or abrasive. Studies from the University of Alabama have shown posterior restorations maintain polish and luster for 8 years, making it smooth, comfortable and long lasting.

  • Tescera ATL

Unlike other systems, the TESCERA ATL uses a patented curing method to pressurize composites in incremental layering stages prior to light-curing. In the final polymerization process, the system utilizes air pressure first (to remove porosities and voids), light, and heat under water to fully polymerize the final restoration.

Doctors are impressed with the marginal integrity, fit and outstanding aesthetics. Patients love the natural fluorescence, great wear and high stain resistance. The TESCERA ATL system eliminates all imperfections, ensuring a successful, long-lasting restoration.

TESCERA composite materials allow for the creation of life-like restorations with unsurpassed physical properties when processed in the TESCERA ATL curing unit.
