PRESCHEDULING A CASE

Did you know that Gold Dust Dental can help you pre-schedule guaranteed return dates?

When you’ve got a tight schedule or a timeline that you need to stick to and your dates for the return of a case aren’t as flexible as usual, prescheduling a case can make a world of difference!

Simply call after your treatment coordinator has received patient approval to set up a case ahead of time, and send in your materials when you’re ready – it really is just that easy!

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE YOU CALL GOLD DUST TO PRESCHEDULE YOUR NEXT CASE:

  • Please have all treatment prescription details at the time you call, such as tooth number, the type of case (implant, crowns, veneers, etc.), and the desired material. Note: Material choice is important in lead times and changing it after arrives may change your prescheduled date.
  • Let us know if any treatment dates have already been scheduled, or if you have certain dates mind you would like to seat. Be aware to schedule delivery at least one business day prior to your patient’s appointment.
  • Please be ready to answer any treatment timing and scheduling related questions, and if possible, enter your patient photos online in our Web Services Portal, or send in photos to your account manager as soon as possible.

YOU ALSO HAVE THE OPTION TO SCHEDULE A CASE ONLINE THROUGH OUR WEB SERVICES PORTAL! ALTHOUGH IT DOESN’T GUARANTEE YOUR RETURN DATE, IT DOES GIVE YOU “PRIORITY BOARDING” IN OUR SCHEDULE.

  • Submit your patient’s case under “Submit New Case”.
  • Select your patient’s case from the active cases table under “Cases” on the top left, or use the search bar located on the upper right-hand side of the table, and double click on their name to be shown case details.
  • Select “Files” in the case details menu, and add any photos or files you would like to send over to your account manager and technicians.
